The website has had an overhaul since last year and all specific event information can be found under the drop down menus at “Event Information”, I have also just uploaded some brand new information on the tips tab under “Nutrition Tips”, looking at Nutrition in training, Day to day nutrition, Race day information, Hydration, healthy menu options and sun smart information. All this information is targeted directly at students and perfect for students to have a look at or teachers to use in classrooms or parents to use at home with their child. These information cards can be downloaded, printed off or saved to your computer. Please make use of this information as it has been purpose written for the STC by qualified nutritionists. A huge thanks to the Pennicott Foundation for funding this educational information that goes hand in hand with the physical demands of completing the Schools Triathlon Challenge.
